REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
August 15, 2006

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, Joint School District No. 2, is scheduled for Tuesday, August 15, 2006, at Mountain View High School, 2000 South Millennium Way, Meridian, Idaho. The board may meet in executive session at 5:30 p.m. Immediately following, the board may recess and reconvene in an open work session, same location; regular session will commence at 7:00 p.m.

			b.	Floor covering at Galileo Math & Science Magnet School to Great Floors in the amount of $233,347
			c.	Sports flooring at Galileo Math & Science Magnet School to Wall 2 Wall Floors in the amount of $76,200
		11.		Purchase of a 4.68 acre site for future alternative high school (Meridian/Victory Road)from Marty Goldsmith, at total price of $468,000.00

JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2 - BOARD MEETING PROCEDURES

The public is invited and encouraged to attend school board meetings. Requests to place an item on the agenda must be submitted to the superintendent at least four (4) working days prior to a scheduled board meeting. Patrons interested in placing an item on the agenda should meet with school or district officials prior to submitting a request. The board strongly encourages patrons to first communicate with a school or the district office before bringing items to the board level. All agenda items must be approved by the board chairman.
