Hello, I am Eric Wells, your 6th grade counselor. I graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with my school counseling degree. I have been at EMS for five years. I have two kids of my own, ages three and five, and have been married for seven years. I enjoy painting, running and listening to music. |

Hello, I am Dana Knudsen, your 7th grade counselor. I graduated from the University of Idaho with my school counseling degree...(Go Vandals!) I have been at EMS for 6 years and in the Meridian School District since 2001. I have 2 children of my own, ages 4 and 8. I enjoy reading, cooking and playing tennis. I know middle school is a huge transition for kids, which is why I love working with them and supporting them throughout these "challenging" years. Hello, I am Kori Barrett, your 8th grade counselor. I graduated from the University of Washington and Central Washington University. I have been in education and school counseling since 1997, and I have worked in the Meridian School District and the middle school setting since 2000. I grew up in Boise, Idaho and have three children, ages 14, 8, and 4. I enjoy reading, camping, and time with my husband and children. I love working with middle school students and the unique perspectives they bring to every situation. |
