Parents/Guardians of 6th grade students
ATTENTION! ATTENTION! ATTENTION!
New state laws require that all students entering 7th grade receive Tdap and meningococcal vaccines. If your 6th grade student has had these immunizations, or if they receive them sometime during this school year, please bring proof to the nurse’s office ASAP.
Students will not be allowed to register in the fall for 7th grade without proof of these immunizations. And if we have them prior to registration, it means less standing in line at registration.

PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILD’S IMMUNIZATION RECORD TO THIS EVENT
Immunizations will NOT be offered at schools during the August registration. Students will NOT be able to register without proof of these immunizations. If your student has already received the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines, please send in a copy of the immunization record to your school nurse as soon as possible so the school records can be updated. All parents are encouraged to contact their medical provider regarding immunizations and the importance of regular well child checks.
