IMPORTANT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP INFORMATION!
Dear Parents,
If you use the turnaround area to either drop off and/or pick up your student, you know that it has its challenges. We have been asking various agencies for help with this situation, and ACHD installed two signs that restrict left turns when exiting the area from 7:15am – 8:15am and 2:30pm – 3:00 daily.
It is our understanding that ACHD and the Meridian Police Department staffs have discussed these new restrictions, and that the Meridian Police Department will be responsible for enforcement.

7th Grade Immunizations
All parents are encouraged to contact their medical provider regarding immunizations and the importance of regular well child checks.
Immunizations will NOT be offered at schools during the August registration. Students will NOT be able to register without proof of these immunizations. If your student has already received the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines, please send in a copy of the immunization record to your school nurse as soon as possible so the school records can be updated.

NOT be printing Quarter 3 Report Cards to mail or send home with the students. Grades can be viewed online using
PowerSchool Parent.

Late Arrivals and Attendance:
All STUDENTS must sign in at the attendance window in the main office if arriving to school after 7:45 a.m. (8:00 a.m. on Wednesdays). Students arriving to school between 7:45 a.m. and 7:55 a.m. are considered TARDY unless riding school provided transportation, extraordinary circumstances, or with a Doctor/Dentist/Court excuse. Student’s arriving AFTER 7:55 a.m. are considered ABSENT and must have a parent or guardian call the attendance line, provide a note, or sign the student in at the attendance window.
