Free and Reduced Meals
ATTENTION PARENTS
Because of the large volume of applications, you may experience a delay in notification of your eligibility status of up to ten days. We will be glad to accept calls if you have not received notification after that time.
If you applied online before August 1, you need to re-apply. Our software did not accept applications before that date.
Applying for and receiving free and reduced meals is simple and confidential. New this year, we offer on-line application processing. This system offers parents an efficient and economical way to submit Free and Reduced applications and start receiving benefits faster. Parents may access the secure web-based system—using computers at home, the library or school district --- and a simple to-use “wizard” effortlessly walks you through each field.
Please check out our new on-line application at: http://frapplications.meridianschools.org
