The Meridian Joint School District offers year-round calendar choices in three of its elementary schools. These schools offer a multi-track calendar, with a variety of calendar choices that are alternatives to the traditional school calendar. For some families, these calendars are more convenient or work better for their own family calendar. For some parents, they find that the shorter calendar breaks help their students better retain what they learn in school.
