APPLICATION PROCESS

Applications can be found on the district web-site or are available from your challenge facilitator. Applications should be sent to Suanne McCullough at the District Service Center at 1303 E Central Drive, Meridian, ID  83642 or returned via e-mail HERE.

If an application is completed in the summer, the application should be sent to Jana McCarthy at the District Service Center at 1303 E Central Drive, Meridian, ID  83642. Applications will be forwarded to the closest site or where there is space available.
